'Great location and the rooms were nice, great welcome. The hostal is on the 2nd floor, they should put a sign for that somewhere as you come in. We had a comfortable quiet room with en suite bathroom. The receptionist was really friendly and fast, when I asked for extra pillows. Great service! 'Great location close to royal palace and opera house. At this price, a real bargain. Nice and big room. Very warm welcome. Only negative was that I could hear every step someone was taking in the room above me (I was on the 4th floor) Also not sure why the receptionist was so particular about checking in at 2 pm (I arrived at 1 pm) when there are almost no guests in the hotel. '
