'This property is very cozy, nice and clean. The location is perfect, didn't realize how close I was to everything. Just few steps from Grand-Via. I have no issue with the booking process or check in, they were right on point. Hostess responded any question quickly. The manager Fabiola was amazing, I was glad to meet her, she gave us some recommendations of places to eat and they were great! Overall experience with the property was outstanding. We were steps away form Puerta del Sol and the metro. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay - including laundry! We didn't use the kitchen very much b/c we wanted to go out and experience the local flavor, but there were lots of pots and pans and all you'd need to prepare meals.
