"The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly, except for the staff at the rooftop skybar. I repeatedly asked to order something and was told several times that they were on their way. After half an hour, I asked for another employee again. I saw that others were being served first, and by the end of the story, I couldn't order a snack anymore because the kitchen was closing. I only ordered a drink. No apology and no compensation. Very disappointing. Waited a total of 1 hour. Date: 6-6-2026"
