'Hotel just in center of Reykjavik, comfortable proper rooms. Luxury bathroom. Lots of restaurants on walking distance (5-15 min). Good breakfast.
One disadvantage: there is no parking facility. We paid €80 each night in the nearby parking garage (advised / proposed by the hotel reception desk), that's an expensive parking.'

'The whole experience with the place stood out. First, it’s conveniently located to places where we want to venture.Free parking also was the reason why we chose to stay here. It’s clean, spacious for the 5 of us. It feels homy, The rooms are big enough, beds are comfy, we used the kitchen to help us with our budget. We would definitely come back and stay here again given the chance. The instructions for self check-in was easy. Thank you.'

'Great location with free parking. Property was modern, clean, warm and had a well stocked kitchen. Washing machine and dryer is a big plus. There was a lack of places to hang clothes (we lived out of a suitcase so it don’t matter to us). A couple of light fittings were hanging off the ceiling (kitchen and bedroom) All minor issues, would highly recommend this property!'

'After parking in the Kolaport bílahús it was a short 5 minute walk to the hotel while looking at the boats in the harbour. The hotel has a bakery right at the entrance so we had to wait for people to move aside in the queue to walk past and get to the reception. Honestly this is the only remotely negative thing there is to say.
The reception is very friendly, the interior is wonderful and it feels very safe as you need to use your keycard to access the floor.

'We arrived early and left our luggage to explore Reykjavik, which was no problem at all. Upon check-in, we got a room in the basement, under the bar and lobby area, which got me worried about potential noise problems. 'Hotel is very good, very well maintained, nice rooms. Two downsides:
You have to use the elevator, there are no stairs, except dor emergencies.
