HAMILTON COVE - SPECIALE WEEKEND VAN MLK - 3 nachten $ 600

Onder nieuw management biedt deze prachtige villa met twee verdiepingen een spectaculair uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan. Dit ruime stadshuis met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers ligt in Hamilton Cove en is adembenemend. Professioneel ingericht en bekend met de beste gemakken van de moderne wereld is dit huis perfect voor een luxe eilanduitje. Het prachtige uitzicht op de kust van Californië gedurende de dag wordt misschien alleen bekroond door het kijken naar de lichten van Zuid-Californië in de nacht terwijl je luistert naar de verpletterende golven hieronder.
Bij het betreden van de villa wordt u meteen getroffen door de houten vloeren met patronen en het mooie houtwerk inclusief de deuren. Grote ramen zorgen voor een geweldig uitzicht op de oceaan en openen voor een zeebriesje. De keuken is een paradijs voor koks aan zee. Het omvat marmeren werkbladen, roestvrijstalen apparaten en alles wat u nodig hebt om zowat elke maaltijd te bereiden. U kunt ervoor kiezen om binnen of op het balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan te eten. Het balkon heeft een tafel, stoelen en een bar-b-que als u ervoor kiest om buiten te grillen. Het hoofdniveau omvat ook een slaapkamersuite en een complete badkamer.
Loop de trap af om de master suite te vinden met prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. Het California King bed brengt u veel comfort onder het luxe beddengoed. Evenzo zult u ongetwijfeld genieten van de watervaldouche in het prachtige meesterbad evenals het fijne linnen. Bovendien heeft de master suite een eigen balkon van waaruit u een uniek uitzicht heeft vanuit Hamilton Cove Villas.
We begrijpen echter dat u waarschijnlijk alles wilt meenemen dat Catalina te bieden heeft. De huur wordt geleverd met een golfkar voor zes personen die u kunt gebruiken om naar de stad of de Descanso Beach Club te gaan. Profiteer van de voorzieningen van Hamilton Cove, waaronder het zwembad, de spa, een healthclub, tennis- en croquetbanen en een putting green met 18 holes. Hamilton Cove biedt ook buitentafels en bar-b-ques en zelfs een zandvolleybalveld.
Helaas, toen we van managementbedrijf wisselden, toont VRBO onze oude beoordelingen niet. Dit is onze laatste beoordeling van december.

We houden van Hamilton Cove. Het was onze tweede keer dat we hier verbleven, we genoten er absoluut van! We zullen altijd proberen daar te blijven tijdens een vakantie op het eiland!

We had a very pleasant time at the hotel. The environment was very beautiful and clean. The golf carts made traveling convenient. The children had a great time in the swimming pool. There was also a beach and slides. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great place

The views are amazing, it almost feels like you're on the Mediterranean coast or something. Plan on getting a taxi when you arrive, the walk is doable, but you have walk up a pretty steep hill...don't waste time walking, the taxi ride was only 4.00 per person and very quick. Once you're there the golf cart makes it really easy to get around town. The place is really comfortable; decorated nicely and makes you feel at home. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view

My family loved staying here. Beautiful condo and lots of activities right in the complex with tennis, putting, pool and beach all right there. The beds was incredibly comfortable. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning watching all the boats and parasailers. We also really enjoyed using the grill in the evenings. The kitchen needs some attention, it's time to replace the pots, pans, and knives. That being said, it was a fantastic place for a small family!

Catalina getaway

We made a long weekend out of our visit to Catalina Island and had a great time. The unit had beautiful views of the sunrise each morning and had a nice pool to relax around in the afternoons. The golf cart was a nice addition and worked great throughout our stay. The unit could use a few more kitchen utensils and pots/pans but we made do. Also, the main fridge was not working very well and it would have been nice to know this in advance but unfortunately nobody said anything about it until I questioned it the the second day.

Things we liked: Golf cart access, location on island, proximity to the pool/spa, views!!!, ease of check in, being able to take the golf cart at 1pm, views!!!, bbq, amenities in the common areas.Things to improve: More utensils, bowls, plates and glasses. Seemed like they were a mismash of random things. Fridge was broken but not communicated to us (there was a small fridge plugged in blocked walkway to kitchen). Only one key provided (clarified this with the management- they started to only provide one key because the other one kept accidentally being taken by people) The 2 middle seat Golf cart seatbelts were broken- no seatbelts in back row (sounded like management was not aware, offered to fix them during our stay but when we told them we were back and ready for repair, we heard nothing else from management for rest of trip despite multiple further inquiries).TV has just basic cable, no netflix capabilities. We were fine with the stairs but i heard alot of reviews talking about how they would of liked to have been warned that there were no elevators. No welcome book explaining procedures or giving advice for the island (only time ive rented a place on vrbo/air b n b that didn’t have one). No beach supplies, kids games, books/magazines what so ever- again- every place we’ve stayed at in the past has provided these. Overall tho, a GORGEOUS place to stay!

Great location. Be willing and able to do lots of stairs as it is on a hillside. Golf cart was a great addition. Property seemed to have been hurriedly cleaned and the fridge didn’t work. We were given a mini fridge instead which wasn’t great for groceries for our family of four. Overall we loved the location but unit could use updating and a deep cleaning.

Perfect for a getaway!

Had a fantastic experience! Photos truly represent the actual space. The included golf cart really made the decision that much easier. We were able to explore the island fully because of it. Accessing was very easy and when we needed some help with lock they were very responsive and stayed on the phone with us until the issue was resolved (user error). Great view of the ocean and the sound of the surf lulled us to sleep. It doesn’t state in the listing, but there is a washer/dryer right outside of the unit. I highly recommend and would definitely rent the SAME unit.

Generally good stay. Only two problems that should be noted. 1.)The gas tank in the golf cart was less than half full. We filled it for you though at the end of the trip. 2.) The main key for the front door of the accommodation does not work. The back up key works fine though.

Nice location, beautiful views but problems with the golf cart were told could drop our bags and pick up the golf cart before check in as stated in the listing. Multiple calls to management did not get the golf car till after 530 hours after check in because in for repairs? Lots of money spent on taxis. Linens and some furniture in needs of replacing. Somewhat disappointed.

Great family vacation

This is our second time staying at this unit and it did not disappoint. Appreciate the ease of access and the golf cart available to use. Only a few minor repairs are needed to the unit and some of the towels/linens should be replaced due to stains. However, this in no way would deter me and my family from staying here again.

The location was amazing but the house was full of broken mirrors, broken and gummed together counter tops, patches in the wall left unpainted. The windows didn't have screens so we left the windows open since it was so hot and we attached by miskitos.

We enjoyed our stay! The stairs are not really that bad and you are really close to the pool. Could not get a hold of the host by message, so make sure you get any questions answered before. Towels and beach towels are provided. Utensils and seems like they added plenty of wine glasses now. Would recommend

Seriously a great view

Definitely a great view! Your able to ride around town with the cart that comes with it. No Netflix, no good channels to do a movie night in December. Needs a deep clean. We found a mask under the bed and spider cobs around the home. Love how they have extra blankets everywhere. Will still come back :)

Our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Id say the only issue we had wqs how the shower curtins in both bathrooms would not reach the tub. Therefore every shower consisted of tons of water being sprayed all over the toilet and the floor. Made for a mess daily. The write ahould also include how many steps it takes to get to the unit. I imagine a heart patient would have serious trouble climbing so many steps.
