'The apartment was really well located. Close to canals but not directly in the busy centre. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk to rail station and near bus stop for Costa Nova. Inside was recently refurbished. Bed was comfy. More thought required for kitchen- corkscrew but no wine glasses, good knives but tiny chopping board, espresso cups but no coffee maker. Toilet would be a challenge for large people.'

'The place is on top location. Highly recommend it. Super central but not overly crowded. Safe and easily walkable to everything you want and need. Apartment is spacious enough for family of 4 with all the essentials. Big plus air-conditioning. Averio is beautiful and we love to come back again.'

'The property is excellent but managed by a company. So there is a delay in response if you have any questions or need anything. Otherwise fantastic location, very clean property and amenities were great'

'Place was okay. Nothing spectacular. Would not let us drop our bags 5 minutes before check-in, but yet made us wait over an hour for someone to bring soap. (No soap present)Weak flooring at top of steps- soft spot. '
