Large windows and direct access to a small private balcony create a bright and airy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet moment outdoors. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is also available, making the apartment ideal for remote work or planning your daily adventures. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the modern bathroom features a spacious rain shower, stylish finishes, and fresh towels provided for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Aveiro, set in a central area close to the city’s iconic canals and historic charm. Guests can enjoy easy access to the picturesque Ria de Aveiro, where traditional moliceiro boat tours offer a unique way to explore the “Portuguese Venice.”

Nearby attractions include the Art Nouveau architecture throughout the city, Forum Aveiro shopping area, and the lively streets filled with cafés, bakeries, and restaurants serving local specialties such as ovos moles.

Just a short drive away, you’ll find the stunning beaches of Costa Nova and Barra, known for their colorful striped houses and long sandy shores. It’s an ideal base for combining culture, gastronomy, and coastal relaxation.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aveiro (Linha do Norte), is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the property, offering direct connections to Porto, Coimbra, Lisbon, and other major cities.

Several local bus stops are also located within a short walking distance, providing convenient access throughout the city.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 55–60 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
