Castaway Avon is a very prominent semi-oceanfront home with 2nd tier oceanfront attributes including stunning ocean views and south views offering a good value at an excellent price. Save a little money by not renting Oceanfront and instead consider this property just a bit further. The lot runs directly parallel to the Oceanfront homes with no road in between, the closest beach access is directly out the rear pool gate past 2 houses. Located close enough to Avon shops to easily walk to the nearby coffee shop or local restaurants. Avon offers less crowded beaches and the sound is a mile drive west for incredible sunset views. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check-in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each changeover day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with extra cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.
