'The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom nice. Air conditioning was good and the wifi excellent. I was very happy and relaxed in the room and found good dining options nearby. There is also a 7-11 nearby for quick snack options. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.'

Room was on the 10th floor, where the entire hotel itself is in, so this was new for me. Bed was soft but comfy, bathroom was clean and no mold. Room came with a fan and AC above and it was hot during the summer. WiFi was working well and no problems. Also wanted the free filtered water on the common area and saw there was self laundry service that I did not...

'One big plus is that the hotel has a TOTO washlet — something Japanese travelers are used to but not always available abroad. Some hotels don’t even let you flush toilet paper!

'Looks are decieving. Got to be honest. From the outside it looks kind of scary. The elevator up, you dont know what to expect. But once you arrive in the lobby...a whole different setting. The staff were so welcoming. The lobby was just like in the pictures. The rooms were very clean. Central location from the night market and right next to the police station. Very safe and very convenient. We'd definitely recommend this hotel for those travelling on a budget and just need a comfy bed to sleep...

'Very friendly staff and there are free flow of snacks and drinks and even cup noodles at night. The location is also super convenient right in the middle of ximending. However the room is a bit small not much space to walk after opening 2 luggages. But overall good experience.'

'This is a great hotel and a perfect spot. It’s a two minute walk to the subway and from there you can get anywhere. It’s incredibly cheap to get to and from the airport from hotel (it’s a good hour commute, however when you factor in walking thru the train station and changing trains).
