'横浜に用があり3泊利用。鎌倉駅からは少し歩くし部屋は最低限な広さだが、清潔だし静かだし、なによりスタッフの対応も感じがとても良かった。コーヒーサービスも嬉しい。ランドリーはあるが洗剤がないので使用希望される方はお忘れなきよう。ヘアブラシとパジャマもないので注意。でも色々含めてもコスパ的には最高。また利用したい。'

Makoto, Ana, and Karen are the nicest staff ever, we extended out stay multiple days because we met other amazing people staying at this hostel and became very familiar with Kamakura. Kamakura should be a multi-day trip and you should definitely stay at Iza Kamakura House if you want a really comfortable and laid back place to stay. '

'De damestoiletten waren schoon. De hetentoiletten waren smerig. De douche was heel goed en schoon. De keuken was oud, bruin door ouderdom en aangekoekte oud vet en heel smerig. Er waren geen borden, bijna geen bestek. Ook geen mes, kortom dramatisch slecht de keuken. Er was geen koffiezetapparaat. Heel raar. Er was wel een goed werkende magnetron. Er was een goed werkende wasmachine. Er was geen stoel of tafel in de kamer. Zitten in de kamer kon alleen op de vloer. Heel raar. Er was geen...
