All the staff so lovely, welcoming and attentive. At breakfast the lovely lady that usually looked after the restaurant always remembered our room number and our plates where cleared so fast. They were so happy to give special attention to my two year daughter which also helped to make us feel more relaxed, especially when her attention span for sitting at breakfast run out. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed and were cleaned every day, which was useful after a trip to the beach! All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. 👍

Louisiana Apartments were clean, spacious and the atmosphere around the pool and other areas was really friendly with a wide range of holiday makers. Our party of 10 (2 families of 5) really enjoyed our stay, thank you and we will be back.

On arrival we was welcomed and given all the information we needed. The rooms are perfect, there is 2 pools one for younger children and one for all. Plenty of sun beds available. Bar staff always happy to help. Food was amazing value for money and the quality was so good we even invited our friends over one evening to join us for dinner. The local Leon lager on tap I recommend. We will be booking again next year. It’s also walking distance from the water park. Thank you to all the staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. food options are very good and reasonable priced. Staff were very friendly. Nice location, bus stop just outside which takes you into Ayia Napa. Reception helped us book excursions which was good. Overall great experience.

Great place for good price.
We spent wonderful week in this place. Good localization in quiet part of Ayia Napa. Bus station is just in the front of hotel so it's very comfortable. Apartment was cozy and clean. Staff was very kindly. Our daughter left her favourite toy in the apartment and they sent it to us to Poland! Many thanks for that!:) If we will go to Ayia Napa next time we will chose Loutsiana for sure.

Every time you need anything such as shampoo or path gel, you have to visit the reception to collect them while they don’t provide such staff every day. Cups, plates, and other kitchen tools are not cleaned except at arrival and check-in. One room key is provided, and if you forget it inside, the reception will open the room for you using a backup key

Szuper hely :)
Szép, tiszta, tágas szállás. Minden nap takarítottak, illetve törölközőt cseréltek. A szálláshoz tartozó medence is szép tiszta. A kert is nagyon rendezett. Kicsit távol vana belvárostól, de mi pont ezért választottuk. Tökéletes hely a pihenésre.

Small holiday family break
Pros:The staff was very polite and helpfull. The room is spacious and very modern decorated. The breakfast was way better than my expectasions. Cons: The sofa bed is not very comfortable. The parking is limited sometimes hard to find especially on busy periods. The hotel is next to Agia Napa waterpark but a bit far from the town making it necessary for a car if you want to go to town or different beach bars(kaliva, isola and nissi beach). Its ideal though for families with small children that want a quiet place to relax with a nice swimming pool and lots of garden for children to play. Overall i have to say that it is a nice excellent maintained hotel ( apartment) and a good value for money. I surely reccomend it!!!!

Great hotel, couple of minor niggles
Hotel was in a great quiet location, deluxe rooms modern and well furnished. All very clean. Good not great but it was end of season. AC took several minutes to start after door was closed which was a slight annoyance. Address and phone number incorrect on booking so spent 45 minutes trying to find it

Lovely big room!
Was a lovely big room, and big balcony with sun loungers on it which was really nice, pool was abit over crowded but we never used it as we liked the beach. Only downside to the room was the bed so uncomfortable as was a hard mattress.

Location was very good, close to the water park and Agia Thekla beach. Very quiet hotel and comfortable sleep. Rooms were large and we had 2 sunbeds on the front patio. A/C was good once we got it working. Filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle in room. Ate in the restaurant (not the buffet) a couple of times and food was very good, service excellent. Shampoo and shower gel only provided on the first day (bring/buy you own), which was a bit disappointing; no soap provided.

Palvelualttius ja siisteys erinomaisella tasolla. Tilavat huoneet. Rauhallinen sijainti noin neljän kilometrin päässä Ayia Napan keskustasta, jonne pääsee näppärästi bussilla tai kävellen. Aamupala ok. Rantaan ja vesipuistoon noin kilometrin matka. Kaikki toimivat perusasiat takaavat sujuvan loman.

Tranquillo ma vicino al centro!
Sono stata in quest'hotel ad Agosto con il mio fidanzato, la struttura si trova a 5 minuti in macchina dal centro di Ayia Napa e dalle spiagge più belle, per chi non avesse la macchina appena usciti dall'hotel c'è la fermata del pullman, la struttura è molto carina e tenuta bene, la camera era esattamente come quella nella foto, noi abbiamo preso la doppia luxury. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliamo questa struttura a persone che cercano la tranquillità senza andare troppo lontano dal centro!

Geräumiges Haus in Strand- und Ortsnähe
Freundliches Personal vom Empfang, sowie Servicepersonal im Hotel und Restaurant. Alles sehr sauber. Gute Parkplätze. Flexibel beim Zimmertausch wenn etwas überhaupt nicht passt (zB: laute Nachbarn). Per Fuß zum Strand oder in das Zentrum von Ayia Napa. Lebensmittelgeschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar.
