'AC leaked water all over the floor, it worked well and staff told me it would be fixed the next day so I didn't switch rooms, of course it wasn't, i don't imagine they have a plan to fix it because the size of the hole in the AC unit where the water rusted the grate apart was about 6 inches wide so they gave me a bucket and extra towels. The pool was great, very well kept, playground was well kept, only things I would change is maybe the hotel could pick up the mountains of trash in the hallways...

'The cabinet where the refrigerator is located was about off the hinges. The headboard was scratched up. Then a train comes through early in the morning and disturbs your sleep but that’s not the worse!!! We woke up to ANTS in the bed. I went to the front desk quickly and was asked was I eating in the room? Are you serious!! I will never stay at this hotel again'

'The room was clean but there was roaches.that is my only complaint.i had brand new towels and wash cloths It was clean until I seen around the mini fridge.my fridge was leaking and there was a pool of water around in alone with piles of dirt'

'A budget friendly hotel is not always a good option. A juice machine that did not work, stale cereal and no effort by staff to correct was quite disappointing.'

'Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!'
