A little gem!
Absolutely lovely B&B in a gorgeous location. Very attentive hosts, super hospitality and a very comfortable room. Would definitely return.

A hidden Gem
Avery warm and very friendly welcome by Rhona. The property is extremely well decorated and spotlessly clean. The room was ideal, with all amenities required and having access to our own entrance made it perfect.

Paul and Rhona are great hosts. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Great location close to the golf courses I was playing. Rhona makes a great breakfast!

This was my first time staying at Ayrs & Graces B&B. I received a very friendly welcome, Paul and Rhona couldn’t do enough for me Suggesting the best places to visit during my stay and arraigning for a taxi for me. I think I will be staying there again.

Highly recommend a stay here!
We have stayed at Ayrs and Graces a few times now and always have an great time away! From arrival to leaving the hosts could not be anymore warm and welcoming.Nothing is a trouble,always so helpful if needed.The rooms are beautiful,very clean and comfortable.The breakfast is the best!.Highly recommend a stay here! It is our go to place for a chilled relaxing break

Lovely quiet location with stunning views of the Ayrshire countryside. Rooms and bathrooms decorated to high standard. French doors opening to an easterly view on what was a glorious morning. Was met by the lovely and very attentive Rhona whom mate the stay very pleasant.

Fantastic
Rhona is a wonderful host, our stay over the weekend was really comfortable and they even accommodated our dietary requirements by cooking special breakfast that tasted amazing. Will definitely visit again.

Fantastic B&B ! The lodge is beautiful & the rooms are very comfortable. Excellent views, fantastic breakfast and we felt very at home. Would highly recommend, will definitely be visiting again. 5star accommodation.

From the moment Paul greeted us at the door we were made to feel so very welcome. Paul knew we were going to a wedding in an hour so brought us a beer and glass of wine down to our sitting room whilst we rushed to get ready. He then very kindly dropped us of at the church. It felt like we were valuable friends and nothing was too much trouble to Rhona and Paul. I have never felt so cherished and so well looked after in a B&B. The room was amazing! Stunning layout, sumptuous furnishings, the best bed we have EVER slept in. The towels and dressing gowns were gorgeous, soft and generous. The breakfast both mornings was such a real treat and incredibly relaxing ambiance. Rhona and Paul are two of the most genuine, generous, warm and lovely people that we have been privileged to spend time with. We will most definitely be returning :) Ps Rhona also gave us a complimentary upgrade to the Robert Burns suite for our second night which was the first time ever we have had an upgrade. This kindness and generosity touched my heart so much. Thank you Rhona and Paul so very much xxx

we loved everything about this property, its absolutely stunning. The hosts Rhona and Paul were fantastic. They made us feel so welcome and their hospitality is second to none. The breakfast was superb as well. We will definately be back and willrecommend to friends and family

This is a beautiful B&B in a pastoral setting. The owners were cordial and interesting to talk to. We had a wonderful time!

Arriving after a long days of touristing it was a delight to find Ayrs and Graces. The room was spacious with a separate sitting room, the de or was a flight and the hosts friendly and helpful. They directed us to the Brig ‘o for an excellent dinner. The view from the terrace is superb. This is a top B and B.

Well worth a stay. You won’t regret it .
The rooms were very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated throughout. Rhona and Paul were exceptional hosts . From the. little extras in the room ( nightcap) to the excellent breakfast. We were made to feel so welcome. They truly deserve there 5 star rating.

Such lovely people. Rhona and Paul couldn't have done any more. So kind and considerate. They're even taking and sending me a photo of the Brig a doon bridge which I forgot to do for myself. Would definitely go again.

Just had two nights whilst attending a wedding at the Brigadoon Hotel which is just half a mile down the road Could not fault our stay, the house is in an excellent elevated location with fabulous views. The bedroom with en-suite facilities was very comfortable and the breakfasts were superb Wouldn’t hesitate to return

Lovely owners but staff lacked
Our hosts were welcoming friendly lovely people but they left the bb to travel to the highlands for the rest of the weekend and left us with a member of staff who lacked customer service and attention to detail (although she cooked a wonderful breakfast) she could do with training on customer relations. We would love to stay again as the owners have a great attitude and know how to treat there guests with 5* service, but next time I’d have to check they weren’t leaving the premises during our stay before booking.

I've just come back from a stay at Ayrs & Graces and all I can say is wow! This place is fantastic - stylish, comfortable, clean & great facilities. Wonderful
Ayres and Graces is a stunning B&B. Set in a beautiful location, everything about it is of a high standard. The decor throughout is lovely, the rooms are spotless, stylish and comfortable with so many extra touches, the breakfast delicious and the hosts Rhona and Paul are such a nice couple. The weather was beautiful when we stayed and after a busy day exploring the area it was relaxing to sit outside enjoying the sunshine with cold drinks and nibbles brought by Rhona. Ayres and Graces has won a 5 * Gold award and they are so deserving of it. This is top class accommodation that could not be faulted. Would stay again (and definitely will) without hesitation
