'Friendly helpful staff, clean room slightly tired, excellent breakfast with quality sausages and bacon! Friday and Saturday nights can be quite loud outside the hotel being a city centre location.'

'Prima hotel, goed eten en vriendelijk personeel. '

'Perfectly clean unit. The communication was great, got answer straight away! We also found free car park nearby that’s a bonus. Thanks so much!'

'Really nice room. Bathroom was lovely (some hairs in sink when we arrived, but not that a big deal). There was a wedding on in the hotel, with music heard thumping in our room until quite late (we’re not killjoys, but it was impossible to sleep and very loud). It would have been good to know this when booking, as we would have looked elsewhere. Called down to ask reception and they were dismissive and a bit rude. Also loud music heard in room in the morning as well.'

'Great location, walking distance to everything. Spacious studio, modern and clean.'

'Great apartment ideally situated near the seafront one way and near the shops the other, both within short walking distance. Lively town with lots of places to eat and good variety of local shops and chain stores. Also near to the Robert Burns museum. Good base for visiting the coast of Ayrshire and also the Galloway forest and Loch Doon which was spectacular.'
