From the cottage, set out on an adventure to discover the treasures of the Minervois: the Abbey of Caunes-Minervois, the majestic Cité de Minerve, the mysterious caves of the Montagne Noire, and, of course, the iconic Cité de Carcassonne. You can also explore the historic sites of Cathar Country and, a little further afield, the sunny beaches of the Mediterranean and the Roman city of Narbonne. The cottage, located on the same property as the owners’ home, is fully air-conditioned and includes: - Outside: - A private terrace right outside the front door, equipped with patio furniture and a plancha grill, - A garden, shared with the owners, - A 3x3m swimming pool (1m deep) heated during colder months (not suitable for young children), - On the first floor: - A cozy living room with a working fireplace, - A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and coffee maker), - A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity, - Upstairs: - A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a closet.
