'Great place to stay, access to downtown Durango and the train station was excellent. We walked everywhere, Very clean, living room had great sitting to sit around and spend time together in the evening. '

'It would be simpler to have the same codes for parking garage and elevator. Also, parking garage keypad didn’t work occasionally and you would have to back up and pull forward to try again. Property is in a great location and clean. Would recommend d for anyone wanting to be in downtown Durango and close to shopping/restaurants/bars/railroad/Animas River. '

'Instructions/Communication were very clear. The condo had everything we needed. It's in a great location as you are in walking distance to the downtown hot spots. I didn't give the highest rating because the surrounding building were very sketchy. We didn't encounter any issues, tho.'

'The condo was clean and well appointed. We did have to buy some supplies as was mentioned in the listing. The managers were very communicative and gave us lots of information by email. They were very responsive to the tv not working. We contacted them by email after hours and they responded almost immediately. They sent someone out early the next morning to resolve the problem. We were able to walk to many restaurants. '
