'Management were very understanding when i had to leave early. After working in india for sometime, travelling back and forth staying in conventional hotels - it was nice to stay in an apartment for basically the same price. Awesome location - gated community. Am definitely staying there again. Breakfast, and breakfast staff were awesome!

'This location was very convenient to the airport, only a 10 to 15 minute drive through Chennai traffic. I think that this was one of the biggest positives for this hotel. Our check-in experience was pretty smooth. Cleanliness was rated a 4 mainly because we had found some items from previous guests in our room as soon as we entered. However, this was immediately addressed by the staff at the hotel and they were accommodating and friendly.
The hotel has a connected restaurant on the bottom...

The big shopping centre next door is great to get some basics for the day to explore the city (water, snacks)

'Radissons Taxidriver Suresh drove us all the way from Chennai to Coimbatore and back. Despite of the hectic traffic during the peak hours he managed to drive very safely and trustworthy. Food is good and a nice pool area.
Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star
accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk around to see for themselves.
Go for the food and avoid staying."
