'Toilet seat was broken and and toilet was so smelly, Mattress too'

'Checked in to this apartment, and unfortunately, it has been a very terrible experience. 😤 The staff clearly lacked proper communication and professionalism. We were supposed to check out at 1:00 PM, as that was what we paid for, yet our luggage was placed outside at 10:00 AM without any proper explanation. What made it even worse was the poor communication. The person answering the phone was often different from the person we met, and no one seemed to know exactly what was going on. We...

'This is a new hotel made up of modular units. We stayed 1 night before our flight and we had a terrible night. The amenities listed are not accurate. There was no pool, there was no dinner, no hairdryer, no shampoo provided. No facecloth. The bathroom is a step up and combined toilet, sink shower all in one. There is no hot water in the bathroom sink. There is also no TV in the room and the lighting in the room is poor. The location is close to the airport but not really near much else....

'Awesome pool. Nice big house. We had 9 people. The house was nice a clean. The house could do with some TLC and a dishwasher. Thanks Ms Va'

'The owner cancelled on us half an hour before check in with a Story about the place needing to be cleaned up from a party the night before. I rang him about 1 hour before check in and he struggled to find my booking then cancels soon after leaving us high and dry. I even booked 6 months in advance. I would not recommend booking here as the owner cannot be trusted hence all his one star reviews. Plus the area is dirty and unsafe but it is next to the airport which is it's only good feature and...
