'This apartment is in the Mermaid Seaside Hotel building, but it is privately owned and not a part of the Hotel. If on check in, you go to reception, they will tell you “ it’s nothing to do with us ! “ If you have any mobility problems, then you should not book this .. it’s up on a steep incline, and then a further approx 20 steps before you can reach reception ! 'The staff were wonderful but no welcome drink as listing said. Only one coupon free drink for 3 people and have to go to the onwer store at another location to get it. The room have smell when check in. Some broken stuff but did not get fixed properly as bathroom and bedroom lock. The elevator is a nightmare, you maybe have to wait up to 20 mins.'
