Friendly staff, nice breakfast, effective Aircon, and comfortable bed, although slightly limited choice of nearby restaurants.'

'Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. 'Based on the rating we had a higher expectation. Hospitality is not sincere, limited English and hotel was focused on high volume instead of cusomized service. During our stay of 3 nights we had about 50 plus schoolchildren making music untill 3 at night and running over the corridors smashing doors. 'Everything was professionally done from the welcome center/waiting area, boat that takes you to yacht, luggages waiting at your room. Boat is impressive one year new. 'The rooms are immaculate, the views are amazing and the pools/bars/restaurants are all great.Everywhere we went in Vietnam we were impressed with the warmth and hospitality of the people and the staff at the Flamingo really took it to the next level.I particular Thuy on reception provided lovely flowers for our anniversary and a cake, as well as organising our transport back to Hanoi.We couldnt have wished for a better place to celebrate our 35th.'
