'Very fabulous hotel, combination of Scandinavian functionality and aesthetics. Everything in the room (tiny, but not as tiny as a Japanese hotel room) is so well-thought out. 'The hotel is well maintained, modern, and the staff are clearly treated well because they treat the customers well. Our bed was too soft, so they put a board under the mattress and it helped. 'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'
