'I experienced neither the business services nor breakfast because of my schedule. TWO observations: there’s a super steam in the room which requires distilled water in order to use it. Only if I’m carrying a jug of distilled water could I use it - consider the Front Desk’s having it on hand. And the other, more critical - a BIG step up from the curb to walkway in front - with no railing or consideration of aging or physically challenged guests. 'I enjoyed staying at Newbury Boston for the second time. I happened to tell Kai at check-in that it happened to be my birthday week and surprisingly there was a gorgeous petite cake in our room! Overall, the staff was very friendly and extremely professional. The gym was complete and very clean. We also had breakfast in our room birthday morning and it was delish!'
