'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'Location is perfect, within walking distance to major attractions, and harbor area. Staff is very friendly, always greeting, opening doors. Rooms are decent sized, and bathrooms are very well maintained.'

'Everything looked beautiful, and it was all very clean. The building was old, so there were some things that are old, but that gives it the charm. We parked at Copley Square Mall. '

'Staff on the front desk were absolutely fantastic! The hotel location perfect especially for the TD Gardens. Breakfast is available but we only had once. Shame the bar area wasn't open. Overall, a fantastic hotel that we would highly recommend if you are coming to Boston. Also, super close to the airport making transfers easy. '
