'We were disappointed this trip. We arrived late and there was no water available and no drinks accessible and NO staff. Our room had no conditioner. The following morning there was no decaf coffee and they cleared away the fresh coffee makings very early. The last time we stayed there was fresh granola and yogurt fir breakfast and always a staff person there'

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'
