'Even before we stepped foot into the hotel I knew this hotel was going to be incredible. The doormen were kind, welcoming and helpful and brought our luggage to the reception desk, the receptionist was lovely and allocated us a room that was available 3 hours before official check in time. The interior of the hotel is opulent and grand and transports you back to the 1920’s. The onsite shop is very well stocked with food, drinks, snacks, toiletries apparel and even has a Starbucks. 'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '
