'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'Our greeting after a long day of travel was so welcoming and felt genuine which is nice in a big city and not typical. Staff made it special just the way they took care of the smallest requests. Friendly!! Exactly what you look for in the hospitality industry.'

'Staff were wonderful, valet service was quick and room was pretty big. It is a huge hotel and the wait for the elevator is crazy long. People were cramming into already packed elevators because they had been waiting 10 minutes. Also impossible to talk to front desk before we arrived. '

'De kamer die we hadden was vrij klein en niet in verhouding met de relatief hoge prijs. De locatie is wel mooi en heel centraal. Alles op loopafstand'

'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '

'It was an historical property. Food and atmosphere in the restaurants was great. The bed was soft and comfortable. They were very accommodating with storing your luggage after checkout so that you could explore the city and the Freedom Trail. Would definitely stay here again.'
