I am so very glad that I overcame that hesitation and spent three nights at CitizenM Back bay in mid September. First, the location is absolutely perfect—neighborhood is lovely and the T is just across the street. Second, the staff is extraordinary. They are friendly, courteous and very helpful as needed. ...
