'Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer. L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour.'

'Een zeer mooi hotel, jammer dat de geluidsisolatie zo slecht is. Ondanks mijn kamer op de vijfde verdieping, werd ik ‘s nachts wakker van de trucks die het vuilnis ophalen en het bier leveren voor de volgende dag/nacht. Dit duurde telkens van 3 tot 5 uur.'

'Didnt like that i would have to go to the lobby to get coffee, a coffee machine in the room would be nice, i didnt like the trucks picking up the trash containers at 4 am, bathroom a little small but very nice and clean'

'Prima verblijf op een goede locatie. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, waardoor we zo over de jetlag heen waren. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was goed. Enige jammere was dat er geen ontbijt was en dat het restaurant dat er was vrij prijzig was. '

'Dit is een erg bijzonder hotel qua gebouw, dat maakt het al de moeite waard. De kamer is erg ruim en comfortabel en het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik heb samen met mijn 3 kinderen er een heerlijk verblijf gehad. '

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'The staff was helpful but the situation with the third party valet service was confusing and unclear. Room was nice, but there were loose fixtures, bulbs that were dead, and the fridge only runs for 2 hours at a time meaning drinks were warm by morning. Breakfast options are only okay and prices are high considering YNt entire menu is just different ways of preparing egg. Hotel was convenient for anyone going to a TD Garden event but overall it was a mixed bag.'

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'Goed hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik was daar voor het marathonweekend en de locatie kan dan haast niet beter. Direct tegenover de kledingafgifte en in de veiligheidszone. Daardoor wel aan de dure kant, maar volledig in lijn met de andere hotels in die periode en die locatie. Wel kwam er wat straatgeluid de kamer in. Niet overdreven hinderlijk, maar wel aanwezig. Ik heb mij laten vertellen dat de ramen niet vervangen mochten worden in verband met de monumentale status van het...
