'The room cooling did not work and it was hot. I think it was the time of season and an old building where they have to switch it over. I was disappointed that there was an event at the restaurant and my daughter who was undergoing treatment and I could not eat there. The staff was very apologetic and friendly. '

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'
