'This Yotel doesn’t serve a proper breakfast. In addition, the airco engine is in a cupboard just near your bed. Every four, five minutes you hear two loud ticks, and then the engine starts running. I’v measured the loudness of the noise, well over 60 db. This is not acceptable, by any standard!'

'The property is for sale. That means that there was less attention to the outside and to updating our room. The rug on our floor was a long shag rug like the kinds used in the 1970s. I wasn't sure it was very clean. The decor was Asian and dated. The pillows were quite flat and only two in a king sized bed. The A/C was noisy but worked. We could open the windows which was nice. 'We loved staying on the houseboat instead of a hotel. We had stayed on a houseboat the last time we visited Boston and it was a cool experience. It’s quiet and peaceful and more quaint than a hotel. Communication was great and made the check in process easy. We met up with sherry and she explained everything thoroughly. Very grateful. We traveled with 4 adults, 2 elementary aged children and a dog. A little tight but we made it work. Overall a great experience. Love.'

'I like the Hotel. There were a few substantial caveats: (1) Free parking was looking for a spot in the street, (2) I booked an ocean front ocean view room. The hotel is NOT on the ocean. The view is blocked by houses and trees. (3) While it was clean and well maintained, there were holes in the ceiling - one about 3” diameter in the living room and one about 8” diameter in the closet’s ceiling. 'I reserved the Green Turtle for out-of-town guests over Memorial Day weekend and will do so again. They will thrilled to stay on the water their first time visiting Boston and found the boat comfortable and restful.'
