'The room was incredible! So spacious and clean. The features in the room (touch pad to adjust lights and AC) were top notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable!! Self parking was easy and convenient. My only negative is that I was supposed to receive a food and spa credit based on the package I booked. When I asked about the credit, I was told that I did not have one. I’m bummed that I missed out on my $50 spa credit and my $25 food credit during my stay. '

'Everything looked beautiful, and it was all very clean. The building was old, so there were some things that are old, but that gives it the charm. We parked at Copley Square Mall. '

'I liked the airport shuttle service. The room was not cleaned and towels were changed in a strange way. The first night I was alarmed at 6 AM in the morning by the noise, house keeping was making in the hall. I liked the gym very much. The use of plastic cutlery at breakfast is rather poor. '

'We stayed here for four nights when we came to town to look at colleges for my nephew. The hotel is in a very walkable, friendly area for both dining and shopping. The staff, especially Anny at reception was outstanding. The warm welcome she offered whenever we return to the hotel made us feel like real guests. She’s an incredible ambassador for your brand.'
