'Unique stay in a very cool old house. I am a 6ft tall woman though and didn’t realize the ceiling height in our room would be approximately 5’11” so I did have to walk like a shrimp haha. We also had difficulty with the electric lock on the front door every single time we tried to get in. We felt as if maybe the battery was dying in it. Called the number on the app and left a voicemail when we were locked out for a while last night and never heard back, like at all. Not even today. Would...

'Nice room '

'We stayed here on a layover for an early morning flight and the place was very clean. It was a bit of a hassle to get the code to the apartment and check in instructions. But once my husband called Dan he did send it to us right away we were just a little stressed after I texted and only received a “I already sent it to you” and nothing else but in the end it worked out. Something to just be mindful of, I guess if you’re booking through Expedia you might not get check in instructions (he told my...

'Hotel was fine. Pretty basic for the price. Breakfast was fair. Beautiful location with a long paved waterfront walk that leads to a state park or into town for a bite to eat. Pretty quiet but nothing special for the cost.'

'Was my first experience in a homestay and that one was amazing. The property is close to the train'

'Easy to find property, very communicative Inn Keepers. My wife and I were very pleased with how peaceful and quiet the entire area was even during Halloween. Love the town of Rockport would definitely book again! Side note the room we had (not sure about others) is not individually climate controlled. Either open the windows or don’t. But overall an amazing stay and vacation for us!'

'Clean room and kitchen'

'It was not hospitable at all. I felt like I was imposing. There were signs posted all over the place about what we couldn’t do. Within minutes of being in the home my son who is 14 and polite was basically chased back into our bedroom and out of the common area. The breakfast provided was 2 different types of cereal that was horrible served either expired milk that made me vomit. I would never stay here again.'

'This is a quiet, charming, and well maintained, historic B&B, that provided a quaint New England experience. Excellent communication on the front end for check in procedures and adequate parking despite being a late arrival we're a huge plus! The breakfast was freshly prepared and quite delicious, served in a beautiful day room setting! I know the Innkeeper was busy, but it would be nice for her to spend a little time getting to know her guests and be a little less matter of fact.'

'Homestay with modern kitchen and nice beds. A lot of instructions for the bathroom and the kitchen! 8 minute walk from the jfk/umass subway station. Free onsite parking.'
