'Great Service'

'Not going to lie, I was a little worried because Best Western can be hit or miss. However, I was extremely surprised! The rooms were bigger than the pictures and very clean and modern. (We always check the beds before getting settled!) We are definitely going to stay here again!'

'The room was a nice size. Great bathroom. However, we had a double bedded room with a total of 8 pillows. Not one of them was decent. I have never had pillows that were so incredibly hard. It was like sleeping on a rock.'

'Parking was fine. Breakfast was very good. Bed sheet on one bed was just about threadbare, and a used pillowcase remained in the bed. Other bed was perfect. Bathroom was very clean. Overall, pretty good.'

'The bathroom is small and pooly arranged. The shower valve is out of reach, you must step into the shower stream to turn it on. Pretty awful. The shower handle fell off in my hand. The batroom sink is not in the bathroom. The toilet backed up. There was no maintenance person. I was given a plunger to fix it myself. The plunger was broken and did not work. I asked for another room, which they gave me. Then they took it back and said we could use the lobby restroom. We will definitely never stay...
