'Not so nice experience in the beginning but gets better after that. Disappointed that there are no 1. welcome email prior to arrival 2. not even a welcome card from the resort GM. More disappointed to know, there is no GEM appointed to our room. 'This was one of the most family friendly hotels at which we have ever stayed. Our room was filled with small details that made it enjoyable and inviting for a family with small children. There was a step stool for brushing teeth, padding on corners for safety, and a fun little play area. My 4 year old says the room was "awesome." The staff was continually helpful and kind. Excellent all around!'
