'We were disappointed in the pool area this visit because the hotel lets members reserve pool lounge chairs till 1pm. Then there is an app that you can go on to reserve a pool lounger also. We did not know about this so it left very few chairs left available while no one was in the reserved chairs. 'This is a cool place. The lobby/bar/check-in area is hip and funky and inviting, no matter your age or any other demographic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar is open until 2 a.m. (unusual for a hotel bar in these parts) and the kitchen is open all night with a limited but appealing menu. The room was on the small side but was ultra-modern and nice. Handy location in the heart of downtown’s Old Market district. Street construction makes access to the parking ramp a bit of a pain right...

'The shower head was at my waist the original shower head wasn’t working at all so I had to hold my shower head to shower. The room size had for 6 people but didn’t stock enough towels. The pull out couch mattress was just springs so if you plan on letting more than kids sleep on it you would be sorry. 'When I book with Expedia, I don't expect a third party payer fee when I check in. It negated the discount for prepayment. There were a few spots on the carpet that needed cleaning. I did appreciate the opportunity for long term airport parking.'

'The two bedroom suite was a perfect fit'

'We stayed two weeknights. Everything was fine except for some of the cleaning in the room. There was dust build up on the towel storage rack above the commode and some mystery spots on the tile floor, also around the commode. If it weren't for that, I would have rated it excellent. The HVAC system worked well. The water pressure was good. There were no noisy neighbors. And parking was close by. And the breakfast was very good.
