'Staff were very friendly. The weekday early evening front desk clerk who checked us in would wave everytime we came in. Hannah the bartender was great. Every meal we had in the restaurant was good but esp breakfast. Id recommend the Farmers bowl.'

'great central downtown location. Staff were great and hotel was very clean, comfortable and safe. Stayed in a suite with kitchen facilities which was great for the time we were there. Parking is at the carpark next door and simple to arrange but is not covered in cost of the room. definitely recommend.'

'When I book with Expedia, I don't expect a third party payer fee when I check in. It negated the discount for prepayment. There were a few spots on the carpet that needed cleaning. I did appreciate the opportunity for long term airport parking.'

'The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, however, the room was unclean and appeared as if it was cleaned in a rush. There were remnants of food on the carpet, an uncleaned toilet bowl, and the shower had particulate matter floating up from it when water was turned on.'

'Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine.'

'We stayed during the 2026 NCAA College World Series opening weekend. Despite being fully booked, the facility was clean, the free breakfast was sufficient, and the staff very helpful. We'd stay there again.'
