'The property is set on 26 acres on a “small” river (Big Thompson River) in Estes Park. The grounds are nice, and set up as a wedding (or event) venue. They have a good bit of frontage along the river, with benches interspersed. We stayed in “Shooting Star” in the main building’s second (top) floor. It was a very nice unit with a king bed, fireplace, sitting area (bookcases filled with books), shower and separate tub (and sink and toilet; toilet in the water closet with shower, sink outside that...

'We stayed in the honey moon suite for 3 nights and had a great time. The cabin was so cozy and clean. Would have liked to spend a few more nights there, but yes we are on a road trip so you have to move on. Kitchen very well equipped to cook for yourself, the bathroom large and super clean. The property is so cozy and calming. In the morning we had a visit from a few deer next to the cabin. I don't think any stay can beat this. Pine haven thanks for the great days. If we come to Estes Park again...

'The room was very clean and the suite came with more then enough towels and other amenities for our stay and the trails and river were also great to walk through and enjoy. If I return to estees I will go back to stonebrook. The short drive into town makes traversing estees easy while still being away from the majority of traffic'

'It was a rustic cabin setting by a river. We enjoyed being able to get away from the crowds in Estes Park. Our cabin was unexpectedly very close to the other cabins, however, all the guests respected the quiet. Messaging with the host was easy and quick. The kitchenette and bathroom were tiny, but sufficient for our needs. We liked the screened porch with the swing on it. There was a sufficient wifi & tv signal. Location was close to everything in Estes Park. Check in/out was super easy.'

'I can’t speak highly enough about this little gem of a place on the beautiful Fall River. Conveniently located near Rocky Mtn Ntl Park and Estes Park, Castle Mountain Lodge is the perfect stay. We rented a room, but hope to come back and rent a cabin with our whole family. The staff is delightful and helpful, and the entire place is beautiful, well kept, and we just can’t wait to return next summer!'

'We got the recommendation from friends. If you want to stay in Estes Park, have a great view of the place and the real historic feeling, you've got to stay at the Grags Lodge. So we did. The hotel is up a steep and winding road, The parking is reserved for guests. The Grags Lodge is an historic building and that gives it the special feeling of times long gone. 'The first night in this hotel, we realized our air conditioner constantly made a noise that sounded like a plastic bag was inside and air was being blown through it. Almost like a kazoo. Then in the morning, our upstairs neighbors were stomping around at 5AM. I realize that with older hotels you run the risk of having thin floors but this was pretty bad. Between the A/C and the stompers we did not sleep well. I went to the office in the morning and spoke with a woman who I would describe as not...

'We loved our stay, we just did not plan well enough over the weekend for extra washcloths and coffee. Staff is not available after 5pm, our mistake tho, as we were gone all dsy every day.'

'Het is een prachtig hotel waar van alles is te doen, heel mooi zwembad met hottub en het restaurant is ook goed. Het personeel doet zijn best voor je en je krijgt goede service. Enige minpunten waren dat er bij het zwembad telkens geen handdoeken waren terwijl wel de bedoeling was en de WiFi was heel slecht helaas.'

'Staff were nice location spot on and loved the heated pool although some sun umbrellas would have been appreciated. The hotel itself is dated and a bit shabby reminiscent of a cheap roadside motel. Expensive for what it is but I guess you are paying for the location!'
