'We did not use balcony due to time and cooler weather. House is so close to everything yet surprisingly quiet. Beautifully renovated and furnished and organized. Host communicated almost immediately to any questions we had. Lots of space. Would definitely recommend '

'My husband and I were visiting Colorado for a family wedding and wanted an alternative to the hotel block for guests. I researched the area and found this adorable home and it did not disappoint. The location was great for us and we enjoyed being within walking distance of restaurants and the downtown area. 'Property was just as described. Nice and roomy. Our first stay in a VRBO. Cupboards and drawers were labeled, easy to find what you need. Plenty of towels. Communication with host was excellent, quick replies. Lots of good places to eat in town, especially downtown.'
