'This home was everything we needed for our large family for my son’s Boulder wedding! The space is beautifully decorated, comfortable inside and outdoors on the deck- and had all the extra touches! I would like to go back and rent the home again! The host was accommodating- and we even extended a day. '

'Very nice location central to the places in the area that you want to see. Within walking distance (2 blocks) of downtown Old Town Longmont which has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The house was old but well maintained and the backyard offered a peaceful place to sit and drink your coffee in the mornings.Overall would stay again if we return to that area.'

'We were in the area for a few days visiting family, with our service dog. Chris made us feel immediately welcome (as did his sweet rescue pup!) and we enjoyed the cool basement suite, the great shower and adjustable bed, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The location is great as well, plenty of on street parking and a short drive to downtown Longmont or to the mall zone for grocery shopping.We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10.'

'Want a place to get away to the close out doors and get the small town feel at the same time. I highly recommend this place for that feel and coziness. It also pet friendly and plenty of parks nearby to walk to.'

'We are so grateful for our stay. It was our home base while visiting family. It is a quick drive to NCAR and Chautauqua for hiking and exploring. There is a park a couple blocks away with a playground and large grassy area to play.When we were leaving, my kids were asking if we can stay there for our next visit. 'My 8yo and I stayed at this property throughout the month of June. The house was perfect. Close to downtown Longmont and easily accessible to Boulder, Lyons, and Fort Collins. Michelle was a responsive host who made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Neighborhood was quiet and property was as described. Already planning my next trip back.'

'We had a fun and relaxing stay with frequent dips in the jacuzzi, lots of games (including a great pool table), and a beautiful back yard/patio where you overlook Gross Reservoir and great mountain views. And a short drive up Flagstaff Mountain yet it feels far away from the noise of Boulder.'

'Property is in a great location. Walking distance to a grocery store and several fast food spots and a few restaurants. Our pups had a fenced in yard to play and the home has plenty of room.'

The hosts think of everything, and anything we thought we needed, they had! And they communicate back-and-forth so well. 'Just as described- we brought our three boys for a vacation, so it was cozy! The house is clean and cute with a fun, rustic feel. I have never stayed in a home that was so well stocked! The downtown was great too- with some fun summer activities that were walkable. The location was perfect for our travels and adventures in every direction from Vail to Estes park. Andrea was an excellent hostess- and quick to respond with any questions we had. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation...

'Great Stay in a Fun, Cozy Home!This house was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. It’s super cozy, and the mountain backdrop views are absolutely stunning. The guys had a blast with all the games in the house—it definitely kept everyone entertained. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but still just a few minutes from restaurants, shops, and anything else you might need. Would definitely stay here again!'
