'Our stay was perfect. This location is convenient to downtown Estes and close to both the Beaver Meadows and Falls River RMNP entrances. We had a 1BR/1Bath which met our needs perfectly. The described view from the property was somewhat misleading in that a villa complex is across the street and partially obstructed the mountain views.
