'We waren in eerste instantie behoorlijk in verwarring. Hotel heette anders dan we gereserveerd hadden. Maar we werden vriendelijk ontvangen, geen probleem. Nette ruime kamer met koelkast en magnetron. Goed ontbijt met veel verse spullen. De grootste verassing was 's avonds de pizza die we gegeten hebben bij de de pizzeria aan de overkant van de straat, Antonio's. Echt fantastisch. Zo lekker hebben we ze nog nergens gegeten. En we zijn toch een paar keer in Italie geweest.'

'It was a pretty standard hotel. Nothing really out of the ordinary or exceptional. My family and I went there for a show at red rock, and didn’t really know about the area whole lot when I discussed with the front desk if they had any information about the area, they weren’t really helpful. The unfortunate part was that you could hear every single step or word or noise coming from the neighboring room, which made it a very hard sleep. Not a whole lot around the hotel. The nearest restaurants...

'Hate to give this historic hotel a bad rating but it is a must. Parking was atrocious, no where to park to check in and the gate people were not helpful at all. The bathrooms in the main hotel were dirty. The room they gave us for $345 was subterranean in the Aspire building. When we went to check out at 7:45 am there was no one at the front desk and it had a sign saying go to the main holding which again, no parking and pretty far away. I was beyond disappointed and disgusted by this hotel. ...

'The shuttle was prompt and the driver a delight. The staff was so helpful at check in. The hotel was very clean. My room looked as if it had been remodeled. I would stay here again.'

'The room was comfortable and spacious. Even though the hotel is close to the highway, there were no noise issues. The sink wouldn't drain properly. It turned out that the plug was completely clogged; I dragged it out and it was full of long hair that smelled extremely foul. Clearly this hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The breakfast was rather poor, but that appears to be the standard for this type of chain hotel in the US. Barely any fresh and healthy options. Instead, you get prepacked toast...
