'We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed relaxing and time with family. The house was very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting by the outdoor fire pit and playing games. The kids and younger adults enjoyed the game room downstairs. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or requests we had. Check in and check out was very easy. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again. '

'This place was perfect for our holiday visit to adult children and grandchildren who live in Westminster. Location was close to them and anything else we needed. Home was cozy and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent.'

'Stayed for a week with family. The host was responsive and the place was clean. A few minor things. Apparently the neighbors are a big problem so we were constantly worried that there would be an issue. This put us on edge the whole week. This was especially true since we couldn’t park in the garage (It’s too small for a full size SUV.) 'We had a great time and Bradley was super helpful and transparent with all communication! This did not effect our stay- (there was plenty of rooms and beds), but the futon count was less than advertised. The location on a cul de sac was excellent and the activities close to the property made the excursions super easy!! Would recommend wholeheartedly!'

'We all enjoyed our stay in this large clean house and especially liked the pretty fenced backyard. The home is in a nice family neighborhood which is a very short walk away from a park, which our grandkids loved.This older home has good sized bedrooms, plenty of beds and 4 bathrooms. We were happy to find that plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry soap were provided.'

'The house was amazing and the best stocked kitchen in terms of tableware, utensils, glasses/cups & appliances. We had plenty of driveway parking for our 2 cars. The neighborhood was great and neighbors friendly. Internet was good for what we needed. We loved the house and area. '

'The house was clean and nicely laid out. The air conditioning upstairs wasn't working great and there wasn't a Keurig. But other than that, we highly recommend this place. It's perfect for families and there is so much to do in Denver. The house was perfectly located to many attractions.'
