The Denver Dog House! Pet & Family Friendly! Fire Pit - Corn Hole - Movie Room

This home is dog friendly! We have thought of our furry guests throughout the property. There are bowls available for use, special dog blankets for fur
friends to sit on, treats throughout the property, poop pickup bags, fenced yard and a special dog guest book! Each furry guest also gets a custom bandana with every stay!

This space includes four bedrooms: two bedrooms have a queen, one has a queen bunk, and the fourth has a full. All of the bedrooms have large closets that can fit clothes for 2 people and have built in shelves. Some of the bedrooms also have dressers. The main bedroom upstairs (queen bed) also has a TV and the main bedroom downstairs has a 55 inch flatscreen TV and a cool reading nook with a swing chair.

The house comfortably sleeps 10 people in beds!

The bathrooms has been newly updated and the upstairs bathroom has a tub and downstairs features a shower. Both bathrooms feature complimentary amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover towels and a container of random supplies you may have left at home!

The Kitchen features a Fridge/freezer, Stove/oven, microwave, Keurig (with free coffee K-Cups, creamer and sugar/sweetener) and is fully stocked with whatever you may need to cook a meal. (including a crock pot and rice maker) There is flatware, glasses and cups and some random kitchen gadgets you may need. There is a dining table in the upstairs area that seats 6 people.

In the living area upstairs there is a couch and recliner chairs and a 55" smart tv with an electric fireplace. There is of course complimentary high-speed wifi offered to guests. The downstairs living area has recently been transformed into a theatre room! The theatre room features a huge sectional couch where you can comfortably lay to watch movies on the 100 inch projector screen! The projector is equipped with an amazon fire stick for your convenience to stream movies and tv shows. There is also an air-popper popcorn machine and a game table as well as board games. The theatre room is a great area to relax or play games!

In the living area there is a guest nook with a Instax and guest book. We encourage our guests to take a picture of their fur child and add them to the guest book! We also give all of our furry guests a custom bandana!

The backyard features a patio with a sitting area with chairs, bench and table. There is also a fire pit area with string lights. Guests are welcome to use the grill and corn hole boards in the summer months. The backyard is fully fenced with a gate for our furry guests.

There is a laundry room which guests will have access to that is stocked with laundry soap.

The location is 15 minutes from Downtown Denver, RiNo, The Highlands & Olde Towne Arvada. Just over 20 minutes to Golden & Boulder. Less than 10 minutes away from major shopping centers, restaurants and bars, movie theaters, Water World, mini golf & go-karts, Hyland Hills Golf Course, Legacy Ridge Golf Course, Christopher Fields Softball Complex, The Butterfly Pavilion, The shops at Walnut Creek as well as open space and parks.
