We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. The garage does not have keypad access but once you have checked in you will have access to use the garage door clicker to park inside the 1 car garage.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 11 guests across 4 bedrooms and 7 beds. On the main floor, two king bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Downstairs, two kid-friendly rooms feature three twin beds, one pull-out trundle, and two twin-over-twin bunks, along with a second bathroom with a stand-up shower. Ceilings in parts of the lower level are approximately six feet high.
Living & entertainment
Relax in two separate living spaces, each with a 55-inch TV. The upstairs lounge pairs mid-century touches with a sectional and leather chairs, while the downstairs game room offers a Pac-Man machine, Connect4, foosball, and board games. A yoga room and fast Wi-Fi provide options for both activity and quiet moments.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove with double oven, and a coffee bar. Prepare meals using the provided cooking basics and gather at the dining area for six or at the coffee counter for casual mornings.
Outdoor living
Step into the large backyard to dine at the eight-seat table, relax on the sectional by the fire pit, or nap in the hammock. Patio furniture is stored seasonally, but the yard remains an inviting open space year-round. A small bistro table on the front porch offers a perfect spot for your morning brew.

The home provides central air conditioning, heating, ceiling and portable fans, a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. Families will find a pack ’n play, high chair, and extra linens ready for use. Entertainment continues with an ethernet connection and strong Wi-Fi. Parking includes a two-car garage and free on-site or street options. Pets are welcome, and self check-in via keypad makes arrival easy.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Excessively noisy parties will be shut down, expelled and threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
