The host was very responsive, providing instructions well in advance of check-in and out, offering suggestions of local activities, and checking in on us throughout the stay. 'The property was clean and as advertised. There was a domestic issue with the neighbor and two men. One in a police car , the other laying in our front yard with blood all over him. According to the police and the other neighbors it happens often. We ended up not staying here. No type of refund but it was what it was. The property was cute but not a situation we wanted to be in the middle of to start our vacation'

'Beautiful and cozy place but the air conditioning wasn’t working properly even though we let the manager know a few times since we checked in, it turned out that it was set to be in 78 degree every hour and we learned that by the manager right before check out. Also the smoke alarm went on from 4 to 7 am being really annoying.'

'Our stay at this historical home was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Many extras, including an outside shower and hot tub....a great bonus! The owner is very accommodating and communication is A++. Looking forward to a longer stay next time!'
