'There's some things that really should be kept up with including broken ice machine, broken laundry soap dispenser, and a side entrance that does not lock at all. Lots of trash around the property makes the place seem run down. A shame as the staff is great and it is in a convenient location. '

'We have found Red Roof Inns to be reliably clean, safe, and comfortable hotels. We were disappointed with this property. It had ratings of 8.4 out of ten so we expected it to be above average. The staff was couorteous and helpful. The indoor pool was fun and relaxing. The roll-in shower was great. The staff was also apologetic. We arrived before peak season and were told that the location would be repairing broken items. Several much needed repairs were obvious. The room HVAC units were missing...

'Off season so breakfast was not provided (we knew this so no problem). The hotel was clean and quiet and staff was fantastic.'

'A not so cheap motel that offers access to this part of Lake of the Ozarks. The shower was disgusting and I had to go to the gas station and buy some cleaner to clean the shower myself. The room was otherwise clean, but kind of frustrating when you have to clean pubes from the shower. You check in before you ever get there and you don’t actually see a live person.
