'The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. 'I enjoyed my stay here very much, my room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with how new everything looks and how big my room was, definitely a great value when compared to the hotels I stayed at in Hanoi. The family working the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, spacious place to stay at a great value.'
