  • Welcome to our tranquil hideaway featuring one of the best views in town! Tucked away amidst majestic mature trees, our enchanting cottage offers unparalleled water views and the charming town of Baie St-Paul.

    Spend your days exploring the natural wonders that surround us, from scenic hiking trails to tranquil waterfront strolls. Whether you're savoring a glass of wine on the deck or cozying up by the fireplace, our cottage offers the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments with loved ones. The cottage is built on a 22 000 sqft water view with two large patios. The property is located on a steep slope, offering a picture perfect view of the St-Lawrence river and surrounding mountains. Having only one neighboring house, you'll have all the tranquility you need for your retreat.

    The building offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms as well as a pull-out couch for the 8th guest. A washer and dryer, full size kitchen, all cooking essentials and utensils, beddings and towels are included. A drip coffee machine is also available.

    For the patios, two dining areas have been set up. The larger dining area is on the lower patio, by the hot tub, which is perfect for entertaining! The upper patio is equipped with the BBQ and a smaller table to take in the morning views with a fresh coffee, or an afternoon cocktail!

    For the young ones, cutlery, plates and cups are also available. Our cottage offers unique tranquility and privacy while being close to the beautiful town of Baie St-Paul (~5 min drive). We are also located within a 20 min drive to our personal favorite ski centre, Le Massif ! Come discover the beauty of Charlevoix region, whether it's by hiking one the most beautiful trails the province has to offer, skiing downhill with breathtaking views of the river, or simply taking a stroll in the charming downtown Baie St-Paul.

    We are also 35 min away from Charlevoix Casino and golf course.

    Quebec city is just an hour and 15 min drive you wish to visit this one of a kind city while you stay with us.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique. Proximité de tout et intime à la fois. D’une propreté impeccable. La vue est exceptionnelle. On aurait aimé pouvoir apporter notre petit chien. Le matelas était un peu dur pour notre goût. Si non on y reviendrait. C’était parfait!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour!! Ce chalet spacieux, propre et bien fourni était également super bien localisé. Il a pu servir comme point central pour toutes les activités et aventures que nous avons faites, mais également comme lieu de détente au besoin! La vue depuis le balcon est incroyable!

À notre arrivée nous étions très content de notre chalet. Cependant, il n’y avait pas d’eau mais nous avons été transférer dans un autre chalet et le service de Vincent a été incroyable.

A great home away from home

The property was in excellent condition, with just a few minor quirks here and there (like some blinds in poor shape, missing coffee filters, uncooperative barn doors, etc.). Nothing that would really impede our experience. It did rain the entire time we were there, so we did make good use of the place. We only wish we had a little bit of wood on premises to burn in the wood stove. Not for heat, but just for the sake of it, since temperatures got down to 5-10 degrees outside while we were there. The hot tub was great, lots of space for folks to do their own thing, secluded location, but close to Baie-Saint-Paul and its great restaurants, easy to find.
