'Clean room, beautiful location'

'Very cute house in a quiet neighborhood!'

'I will definitely come back.'

'Great place to stay in Ballard! Super cute and very comfortable'

'Great little house to stay at if you don't mind the 99 noise. My wife and I are use to background noise like that. The location is what sells it. Easy to get to anywhere in the North Seattle area, and taking the dogs on a walk around the neighborhood that's full of charm. The house has a great sized kitchen and bathroom and a comfy couch in the living room. The bed was nothing special but it was very clean. We didn't use the filtered water because we noticed it needed to be cleaned. Other than...

'Had a small check in issue that was fixed with one phone call and about 60 sec of time.'

'We had a great stay in Seattle! Jackie was a great host who was very communicative and accommodating. It was very close and convenient to walk and get to restaurants or public transportation. The listing was very accurate and the place provided us with everything we needed for our stay!'

'This was a perfect stay for us! The property and house was cute, the garage was really helpful, and the host was very communicable. Highly recommend!'

'I had a great stay! The check-in process was super easy and seamless, and parking was never an issue, which made things really convenient. The area felt quiet and so safe throughout my stay, and having a washer and dryer available was such a nice convenience. The space had the perfect little cozy feeling and felt very comfortable and welcoming. Overall, I really enjoyed this home and would definitely recommend it!'

'The location of this facility was ideally close to many Seattle activities and the front yard was a beautiful mass of flowers. Unfortunately, it was not available for guests staying in the efficiency, behind the garage. Backyard was lackluster with a table and uncomfortable chairs. Efficiency is a bit larger than a standard hotel room and would have been better suited for a 1-2 night stay. A short warm shower, left the second person with a cold shower. 'Small very comfortable cottage. Close to everything we need. Host was very nice and communicated well. Internet was spotty but typical of the area.'

'Cute and rustic with lots of modern conveniences. Loved the soaking tub, and you absolutely must take the walk to the beach. '

'The lake house was quiet and off the beaten path but also near everything.'

'Cathy was very nice and accommodating. She met us when we arrived and showed us the cottage and property. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The property was super nice and it was worth it to rent the hottub by too.'
