'Amazing location that is perfection inside and out. Deb was an amazing host and available to help at a moment's notice. She and Rico thought of when remodeling the space and leaving all the creature comforts of home - and then some. Like many other reviewers, I hated to leave and can't wait to return. The most comfortable short-term rental I've ever experienced.'

'Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.'
