'Dans un premier temps on a eu beaucoup de mal pour avoir les éléments pour notre arrivée. Aucun contact à notre arrivée. La villa est très sympa ainsi que la piscine mais il manque beaucoup de vaisselle pour pouvoir cuisiner un minimum, nous avons dû acheter des choses. Il n'y a pas de parasol assez grand pour permettre de manger dehors mais seulement deux tout petits très fins (donc nous avons acheté un). Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes de maintenance (clim qui ne s'allumait pas dans...

'The villa was not cleaned on our arrival. I have had numerous emails to the owner and attached pictures. We had to book into the hotel on the resort for the night as there was no indication when the villa would be cleaned and ready for us and we were unable to wait inside due to the lack of cleaniness or wait outside due to the weather. After asking for a refund, the owner has offered 85 euros. This does not adequately reflect the inconvenience, distress, and additional expense caused.'
