'Had a great time in a great house. It was only the 2 of us. If 8 people would live there the swimming pool could use a 2nd umbrella. Merche an Birgit are great people to communicate with. The environment feels very safe with the gate, walls and fences and the house is perfectly secured. Will definitely go back.'

'We had a brilliant week at Casa De Paz. We are two families with teens/young adults, there were 13 in our group in total and it was exactly what we were looking for. Within easy reach of affordable supermarkets, beaches, places to visit, and such a great place to spend a relaxed week of family holidays. 'De beschrijving geeft exact weer wat je kunt verwachten: privacy en ruimte. Het zwembad complementeert het geheel. In het huis is werkelijk alles aanwezig. Ideaal voor ons als gezin om -na vele jaren- weer eens samen van een vakantie te genieten.De eigenaar en de sleutelbeheerder zijn zeer toegankelijk en bieden steun waar noodzakelijk.Kortom, wij vonden het geweldig!'

'Ich habe diese Wohnung über HomeToGo gebucht. In der Beschreibung waren keine zusätzlichen Reinigungs- und Servicegebühren erwähnt. Einige Wochen später erhielt ich eine E-Mail von Belvilla, in der stand, dass ich noch 300 € schulde. Angeblich handele es sich um eine Kaution. Wie sich herausstellte, bekomme ich diesen Betrag aber nicht zurück, da er für Reinigungs- und Servicegebühren gedacht war. Das ist ein klassisches Beispiel für versteckte Gebühren. Davon war während des Buchungsvorgangs...

'The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. He didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish so the communication was not easy, and thats not a positive thing'

'There were pros and cons to our stay-the location is great, neighbourhood quiet, however a lot of works were going on on many of the houses around, even during the siesta time.The check in and check out process was very easy. Also the host was very responsive, everything we asked or informed her about was answered promptly.However,the pictures we saw online and the villa in reality differ a lot.We can see there was some construction done so the front of the house isn't he same,our first thoughts...
